Personal Training
Our trainers provide one-on-one personalized workout plans designed to suit your fitness goals and individual preferences.
Sessions start at £45 per hour but work out cheaper if pre-booked as a package:
4 sessions = £160 (or £40 per session)
8 sessions = £280 (or £35 per session)
12 sessions = £360 (or £30 per session)
Motivational Coaching
There are many things you may require motivational or spiritual support for and whether you are on your own coaching journey or stuck in a rut with life, we’re here to work with you. We do this by being an accountability partner to you, identifying your blocks, helping you understand your visions and amplifying the strengths you already have. We will work toward a tailored plan that will help you excel beyond what you believed was possible.
Sessions can be held over zoom, however we also work out of creative work spaces and can host meetings closer to you if needed.
Prices range from £40 for ad hoc, 1 hour sessions to £135 for more intensive sessions. Please contact us to discuss.
Online Workouts
We can create individual online workouts for you and provide you with online coaching if your preferred method is to train in the comfort of your own home or have a preferred environment you wish to train in independently.

What areas do you cover?
For in-person support, we cover West London. Our base is Swiss Cottage, North-West London so you would need to be able to access the premises.
I’m not interested in personal training, can I just sign up for motivational coaching?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
I’m not a member of the gym in Swiss Cottage, how do I access in-person services?
If you are not a member of the Better gym, you will need to purchase a day pass here however the cost of the pass will be taken off the price of your session. There are a large variety of memberships to choose from so if you do struggle with any aspect of this, do let us know. Alternatively, we can assist you with booking this during your free consultation.
I have social anxiety, can you assist me with overcoming this?
We support a range of individuals and have worked with those who have had social anxiety and share our own experiences of the same. Please note that while we can provide tips, or advocate for allowing you to recognise any barriers you may have, we are not mental health professionals. Coaching is different to therapy / psychiatry and if it is felt that this is what you need, we can provide you with a list of local services. Additionally, we would advise you contact your GP as they may be able to directly refer you on.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Do I have to be an introvert to use your services?
No, – but we are run by introverts and our focus is primarily in supporting the introverted community. That said, we do support anyone that supports our cause and just like in the workplace, there is space for all personality types to thrive.
What does ‘don’t be shy, be introverted mean?’
It’s a play on the assumption that all introverts are shy. Introverts have a different social battery than many extroverts. It doesn’t mean we can’t socialise, nor does it mean we can’t be outgoing. Ultimately, the slogan is to embrace who you are, warts and all. You could be introverted and shy, or introverted and deeply outspoken on certain topics of discussion. Either way, embrace it. Introversion can be seen as a negative to some and a force to be reckoned with by others. We embrace all elements of the introversion spectrum. We’re not anti-shy, we are pro-introversion in all forms.
How long is the consultation process?
A typical consultation may last anywhere between 30 minutes to an 1.5 hours plus. Ideally, we want to do a detailed consultation to get to know you, rather than just ask a few bog standard questions. We appreciate people may not have a lot of time, so if you require a shorter consultation, we can try to accommodate this, however if we do not believe we have really gathered as much vital statistics as possible, we would try to arrange another one – for free. The more detailed the consultation, the easier it is to carry out sessions or to see whether or not we are a right fit. We don’t want to waste your money and we imagine neither do you!
Can I pay per session or do I have to block book sessions?
We offer a range of options. Block sessions do work out cheaper in the long run BUT require more commitment, whereas you might find more flexibility with paying for a one-off session. It depends on your circumstances. We can discuss in more depth with you to see what works best for you.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation/date change of any sessions, otherwise you will lose any monies paid for sessions.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, however in the event you need to cancel a session, this is subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If we have to cancel a session for any reason, then we will give you the option of a refund or the option to change dates. If you are not satisfied with any element of the service you received, then we will try and work out a resolution with you. If this cannot be done, then we can offer a refund, but this is subject to individual circumstances and conditions.
Are female instructors/coaches available?
Currently there are not, however we are looking to expand at some point in the future in order to be in a position to recruit for these positions.
