You don’t need to fall under the introvert category to work with us, but just know as coaches, we are introverts through and through and these traits embody our beliefs and our way of coaching. Small talk isn’t language we understand. Yes, we give a shit about getting to know you / what makes you tick / what you find uncomfortable – and not because we’re nosey, but because human connection is high on our values. How you choose to communicate is a fact we want to know, not assume. If drawing, or dropping an email to express your emotions works, so be it. We provide a safe, understanding space for introverts, ambiverts or socially anxious individuals to gain confidence, achieve fitness goals, and embrace who they are. We also understand the
power of silence and that to say less, can actually mean to say so much more than you think.
